Celiac Disease and Gluten Sensitivity.

People with celiac disease often suffer general gastric complaints, such as intermittent diarrhea, abdominal pains and bloating. However, some people with celiac disease suffer no GI (gastrointestinal) discomfort at all.
Celiac disease often mimics symptoms of other complaints i.e. Crohns disease, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) Anaemia and Diabetes and some Skin conditions too, to name a few.
Dermatitis herpetiformis is a chronic inflammatory disease that produces lesions which burn and itch intensely, it presents itself on the elbows, knees and hands, it too, is associated with Celiac disease.  Anyone suffering from the above mentioned conditions, could indeed be suffering from Gluten intolerance.
Eczema and Psoriasis also have some resemblance to severe Dermatitis Herpetiformis, both have at least some association with Celiac Disease and gliadin anti-bodies.
